FAQ

  • What medium do you use to create your art?
    I use mixed media- anything from oil sticks, pencil, charcoal and pastels, but I mostly use acrylic paint.
  • Can I commission a painting?
    Yes! The first step is figuring out what size and colors and vibe you want. Also, tell me colors you don't like. That's important! Give me an example of a previous painting of mine so that I can use that as a reference. I never copy exactly a previous painting so you will always get an original work of art. I require a 50% deposit up front in order start. I will send you a photo about half way through the process to make sure you are happy and the painting is going the right direction.
  • How long does a commission piece take?
    Anywhere from 2-6 weeks depending on the canvas size and my schedule.
  • Can I pick up an artwork if I am in the area?
    Absolutely! We can arrange that. Just leave me a message in the contact form so that I can contact you and we can work out the details of pick-up.
  • How much is shipping?
    Shipping varies by location and also by size and weight. I always try find the most economical way to ship. I will give you an estimate and then the final price once I get the painting wrapped and ready.
  • If I want to buy multiple pieces of art, do you offer a discount?"
    Yes. We can discuss that. Just leave me a message in the contact form and we can work out the details.
  • Are there any special instructions in how to care for my purchase?
    Don’t ever keep a painting outside or in a room that is very damp. It can warp the wood. Also, don’t lean it against sharp objects as it can rip or become dented.
